note - because these are package files of the counters (I don’t do sims3packs) they will do that annoying thing, if you move them and they snap to back, they will revert to an EA counter. The 'Deco’ Version of the house is the version featured in this video. The house is empty and you can decorate it as you see fit. The ‘NoDeco’ Version should be CC free and use only game wallpapers and structures(Also the Basketball Hoop and Greenhouse Roof Mentioned above). Both versions of lots are package files that should be installed by dropping it into your Library folder located in: Document ->Electronic Arts->The Sims 3->Library.Both versions of the lots use the basket ball hoop and green house roofs from The Sims 3 Store (If you don’t have these you can likely replace/remove them with little issue).Rae Realty provides two versions of this lot included in the download link.
